Jobs and LIFE in Solana Life
LIFE is the game's virtual currency. It is not real SOL, it is not on the Solana blockchain, and it cannot be exchanged for real money.
How you earn LIFE
- Eight jobs: Delivery Driver, Content Creator, Musician, Designer, Community Manager, Developer, Trader and Entrepreneur. Each has its own pay, energy cost, XP, break between shifts and level requirement.
- Job ranks: shifts at one job promote you from Trainee to Junior, Regular, Senior and Lead, with more pay at each step.
- Hands-on shifts: cook at the Sunset Diner stove or DJ at the Neon Club booth.
- Busking, missions, city events and the Street Runner mini-game.
What you spend it on
Food, clothing such as the Neon Visor, Glow Sneakers and Cyber Jacket, furniture, vehicles from Solana Motors, taxi fares, event tickets and rent. Anything you bought sells back for half price.
Rent
Every home costs LIFE once every 24 hours, from a Room at 1.50 LIFE up to a Mansion at 48.00 LIFE. Unpaid rent becomes back rent, and two days behind locks your apartment until you pay.
Banking, tokens and events
The phone Bank pays 1 percent daily savings and offers one loan at a time. The Event Center lets you buy tickets and host paid events. Market Row lets you rent and run a player shop. The Token Launchpad lets you create virtual tokens and trade other players' tokens, all with LIFE only.
Balance
Nothing pays without a cost somewhere: shifts drain energy, overtime hurts more, and low needs cut your pay. Rent, food and fares take LIFE back out of the game.
